Refund and Cancellation Policy


At May Hu Na, we are committed to providing the best possible support and guidance. 
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our consultants,
 we have established the following clear and simple policy.1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one consulting session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 
You will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable, as that time was reserved exclusively for you. However, we may allow rescheduling on a case-by-case basis in emergencies.
2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
If you are late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next client.
If you do not show up for your session and fail to notify us, no refund will be provided.
3. Long-Term Programs and Workshops
If you have enrolled in a multi-week program and wish to withdraw after the first session, we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused sessions.
Workshop and group session tickets are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event begins.
4. Cancellations by May Hu Na
In the rare event that your consultant needs to cancel or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, 
you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a priority rescheduled session.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed immediately from our end.
Depending on your bank or payment gateway , 
it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment method.
